ATTENTION CUSTOMERS: Orders placed on December 19th after 2 PM central time should arrive by Christmas, but some may not. Delivery will be right down to the wire. Usually, there are no issues. Much of what makes it or what does not comes down to the local USPS facilities in each area. We understand this may cause some inconvenience, and we do apologize for that. However, we wanted to communicate pre-emptively so that no one is caught on Christmas without a gift.

What is your return policy?
It is important to us that you love your order! if it is not quite what you expected or arrives damaged, please inform us within 30 days and we will be happy to resolve your issue by sending you a new one free of charge. In the case of returns, your item must be in its original condition and undamaged.
When will my order arrive?
We work as hard as we can to ship your piece quickly without sacrificing quality. Each piece is handmade and can take a few days to produce. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Usually, our items ship in 2 - 5 days in the United States and 5 - 10 days globally.
